Flying today…

Hello Everyone,

I will be flying solo from now on at home as my daughter is flying to California today… Her grandfather is now receiving palliative care, which is very sad indeed.

I ventured out for a walk on the streets this morning… I will go again tonight and every day from now on until I can ride my bike in 75 days’ time. The approach will be one of progressive overload, slowing increasing the distance/time to ensure I will always be able to do the following days walk.
