"Hello little bird"

We have kept Bracken well away from our garden baby sparrow which fledged safely a couple of days ago after its Mother feeding it for several days at ground level!
Tonight on his walk we came across this baby blackbird in the grass waiting for Mum and Bracken greeted it so gently it opened its beak but unfortunately we didn't manage to get a shot of it as it closed it again very quickly. Hopefully Mum will be back before any cats discover it as I don't think they will be quite as gentle as Bracken was!
