, this morning i wanted to wear a summer dress that was folded and didn’t feel up to get the ironing board out,,,,,when all of a sudden i remembered the little hand steamer for clothes i bought quite a while ago…. what a fantastic thing, the  creases were out in a  jiffy….
the pressure inside my head is beginning to ease a bit……it’s still very easy to sort of rest….as after doing that i felt i had done enough….no energy to look around for a blip, so this is: from my chair……
