Munched

At the end of last summer, I put in a new baby magnolia tree. This Spring it got three blooms, one of which has been well and truly munched, as you can see. And not only did the snail eat a big hole in the flower, it also pooed on it, and is apparently raising its offspring on it too. (You can see the baby on the left-side leaf.)

*Sigh*
