River North Esk

With the water level still low I thought it was another good day to find a geocache which normally requires wading. I've been along the North Esk before so I knew roughly where to look, still took ages. One thing that that was different was I realised there were lots of markers out for a trail race. One the way back I timed it terribly and had to pass all the runners going the other way on the narrow trails. It was the 10km Hop run. Not a race for the serious runners but lovely trails
