Breaking glass

No, I didn’t have to sing! Spent an enjoyable 5 hours in the cool making a fused glass ornament for the garden. The fusing happens when the glass is fired and then attached to a copper frame. Hopefully I’ll then find a sunny spot to place it so we can enjoy the reflections…..

Just managed the straight cutting although some people were making curves and geometric shapes too. Can’t wait to see finished item. I also made smaller one to hang in a window.
