A very hot rowing session around the island, then breakfast. 

We went to the mall to get Karen a new iPhone. 

Still having maintenance issues, the replacement water pump in the building was too powerful , and burst the main water line, so we has no water for around 12 hours, then the a/c broke down. It was eventually fixed at 10pm.
