My lovely old Marin

This bike is almost 28 years old and has very few of the original components now.

Just had it serviced and repaired again and it feels great.

In 1995 I rode it 4,500 miles from Yorkshire to Portugal via Italy.
Later that same year I took it to Montreal and Air France managed to mislay it. It turned up two days later damaged.
For many years after I used it for commuting and leisure rides and it never really gave me any trouble apart from the inevitable punctures.

For the first time in a long time I went out today for a long ride and it felt really good.
