Cooling Off

Departed Green Pastures Campsite fairly early and enjoyed a delicious full English Breakfast at Tony and Sue’s with good coffee in their beautiful lush garden with a gazing ball water feature. Good conversation was had, being on the same page spiritually and sharing our mutual love of many things.

Arrived at Debbie and Sam’s house in Sutton about mid afternoon, from where we went our separate ways. David was immediately whisked off to a Beer Festival with Sam and Paul, while I stayed home with Debbie, Zion and Allegra.

We had a cup of tea and later on went on a walk in the New Hall Valley with their dog, Charlee.

I had been sent a video from Daniel about the benefits of grounding, so I walked barefoot on the grass and later on we all took our shoes off and paddled in the cooling stream. I felt renewed after the jostling drive up here.

This is Allegra and Charlee enjoying the cold water as it was quite a hot afternoon.

We met up with Beth after she got off work for cocktails and dinner at Quinto Lounge on Sutton High Street.

After the Beer Festival David met up with my brother Bryn and a few other guys at someone’s house to watch the European Championship League Final. Bryn’s team won, so he was happy. I will get to see Bryn tomorrow.

I spent the evening getting to know Felicity better and hanging out with her and Debbie, who was very relaxed even though she is speaking tomorrow at a church.
