Monaco Race Day!

Day Three

So this is it....a Formula One Grand Prix live! WOW! I thought the noise yesterday was incredible but with all the cars on the grid, the start was deafening, incredible and breath-taking! The race itself was full of action even though perhaps it was a bit of a procession as Nico Rosberg led from start to finish, but we saw many incidents right in front of us Massa going off in exactly the same place as yesterday, and Maldanado having a big off which ended in a re-start after the marshals did a sterling job in putting the barrier back into place. Overtaking is always difficult at Monaco given the tightness of the circuit, but Perez and Kimi provided some good entertainment and took chances to move up. Perez has been strongly criticised for his overtaking manoeuvres, but hey he proved it was possible at Monaco.

This is the Grand Prix that everyone wants to tick off on their bucket list; I've just done it and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! :)
