bucket bag

Made this today out of odds and sods - the main part of it is a bit left over from the little settee I covered earlier this year and the red band at the top is an oddment from some curtains we used to have a few years ago. I put a layer of thin wadding between the outer and the lining so it feels nice and squishy. It has a pink and gold lining. I really like it - I didn’t think I would but I just want to put things in it now :-)
Been looking through my stash of material to make another one - I think it’d look nice with a retro design. I remember my grandma having a red leather bucket bag when I was a kid.
