Poppies

These are a lot more striking in real life, they’re outside next door’s house and huge. It’s been another scorcher, almost too hot to be in the garden. I’ve popped in and out, doing bits of work and finishing the book I’ve been reading which was disappointing. Looking for a better read next. Poppy and I had steak for dinner and I managed not to overcook it. The boys seem pleased with the Ferrari win and are on their way home, currently motoring through Northern France.
