Not paying attention

Tonight was a ‘garden party’ hosted by the parents of the school.  I don’t really attend any of these things but, once again, as the head is leaving and they were making a presentation to her, I went along.  We met in a pub across the road first and then I drove back across the road into the school grounds.  There is a little one way section and I was being a good girl going the right way.  As I got to the bottom bend a car in front had stopped.  Waiting behind her, she then decides to reverse. My friend who had jumped in for a lift said she’s reversing so I beeped my horn , constantly, but nope she didn’t stop.  I was not a happy bunny and she felt because she was delivering food it was ok for her to just reverse to where she wanted to be. She said she’d sort out details later. Did she approach me? No! I had to go up to her as I was leaving. It’s only a scratch she said (which it is ) and will need T-cutting, I will get a couple of quotes I replied.  I thought you said you saw my reverse lights she said….. and I beeped my horn! Well, I didn’t hear as I had music on.  The whole f****** school heard…. I didn’t say that lol. But Josh was on the field and said it went silent when I was hooting. Amazing she didn’t hear.

Anyway, a little bump but her attitude really bugged me and ruined the evening for me.
