days of wonder...

Just how long does it take to walk anywhere with a young toddler? As long as he needs in order to pick up every stone, pebble, stick, blade of grass and anything else that catches his eye - in other words a very long time! Then again one should never be in a hurry to walk anywhere with a young child - their pace slows you down to see the world once again with fresh eyes.

A lovely start to the day, a morning run along the canal, morning coffee and cake with friends and then it was rush, rush , rush to fit in some work while the kids were swimming and going to the movies this afternoon. I definitely need an 'App' that gives me an extra 8 hours a day in my life!
