Salvia

I love this deep pink Salvia, given to me last year by J .

I made myself get up and dressed early to walk Dog, and even then it was too hot for him! It’s been roasting all day, but I managed to plant out the cucumbers and daisies I bought at work last week, before Megan and Ben arrived. We had a nice lunch at The Mulberry, on the seafront at Greatstone. It’s Ben’s favourite because ‘they do a lovely ham, egg and chips’! 

They didn’t stop long afterwards, as wanted to do some shopping, and it’s been a long afternoon. I finished the day with Soccer Aid. I’d rather have seen England win, but it was a good match, and lots of money raised for UNICEF.
