24 Hours of Litter

Annie was up and out for 4am to rejoin the Aylesbury Womble 24 hour litter pick that began yesterday morning. I joined for the last couple of hours too. At the conclusion mid morning, a total of 289 rubbish sacks had been filled. Not good really but great to have removed that much rubbish. The challenge had also generated over £1000 for Emmett’s Genies, a charity founded to help bring some magic into the lives of children with serious or life-limiting conditions.
