Spectre
A visit to Bempton Cliffs was shrouded in thick fog; there was also a bitterly cold gale blowing. The seeing was so bad I had trouble focusing on anything. This was one of the few that I did manage to get. A Gannet just hanging stationary in the wind, an amazing bird. I also glimpsed a Puffin, and several each of Guillemots, Razorbills, Fulmars, Kittiwakes and Herring Gulls as well as a single Meadow Pipit. It all helps when you're building a Year List!
