Busy, busy day ... the family left at lunch time then we had two hours to sort out the house for a couple coming to view it. B&B landlady mode was engaged and we managed! The couple were lovely and they seemed to like the place but time will tell.

Had a wonderful meal this evening on the sea front then went for a walk in the evening sunshine. It was a fab sunset last night and it looks like we'll get another tonight ... is summer finally here?
