Can you walk on ice? …

…………… Missy can! She didn’t seem bothered by her feet breaking through once or twice - but she hasn’t gone right through yet! It’s very shallow, so it’s ok. You can see stones through the ice. These are the wetlands that dried out completely last summer.

We walked right around Lake Hayes this morning and then Missy spent most of the afternoon sleeping it off in the sun. And that’s a dog’s life? It seems pretty good to me. I did have a visitor, wanting to print a photo of mine from Autumn last year and we got that sorted. After she’d left I vacuumed the garage. Shock horror.
