Cromarty.

Day7: Cromarty, Dornoch, Lairg, Falls of Shin, Brora.

We have travelled from Inverness to Brora today. First stop was in Cromarty where the main shot was taken. We got on the ferry ( see extra) that I was probably last on in the 1980s as it used to be the Renfrew Ferry in Glasgow.

We went to see the Falls of Shin where we saw some salmon leaping- I had seen this before, but Mr CFJ hadn’t. It’s always so exciting to see the strength they must have to swim and leap up a big waterfall.

We had a very quick stop in Lairg to photograph The Wee Hoose ( in the torrential rain, so it’s a terrible picture)
