Oats and yogurt with red currants and raspberries from the garden for breakfast - so delicious! 

I got up an hour earlier than usual, to work during the cool morning hours, before my office under the roof got too hot. 

In the early evening, I had just started to work in the garden, when P called and asked me to come and help him get home. He had gone to feed and water the donkeys, when he had a fall on stony ground and said, his eye was bleeding. I went there as quickly as I could and found him shaky from shock, but thankfully not seriously hurt. Still, his knee and shoulder are  badly bruised, and he has cut his left eyebrow.

I don’t think he’ll blip today, and he’s going to have a black eye for a few days.
