Not distancing ourselves...

We've had a few receptions in the quad in the last few years, initially for reasons of social distancing, latterly probably more for reasons related to climate change. Graduation last year was on a very hot day, and we had the post ceremony reception outdoors.

Today we had our last School meeting of the year, followed by an afternoon of celebration of our research and impact, culminating in a reception outdoors in the quad. Very nice too. It was an excellent event, and I was sorry not to stay too much longer, but I needed to get home as I have a lot to do in a very short week before we go to Helsinki.
