A nice parting gift from our murderous guests this morning.  After the three and four course meals this weekend we're not exactly peckish, but I'm sure we'll cope.

Burned off some of the excess with some extra karate training this evening - with me teaching as the sensei is on holiday.  It's been a while since I last did that!
