Avulsion fracture

Bruce has a fractured pelvis as a result of pulling off part of his quad tendon from his hip with some bone still attached during a sprint race

He said it was so sore he nearly fainted

3 hours in A&E, a physio appointment tomorrow and at the fracture clinic on Wednesday. Bruce is going to miss the Glasgow Youth Games tomorrow, he was playing rugby and his last Judo competition of the season.

Feet up for 4-6 weeks !!
