Bee Orchids

Did some watering and weeding in the garden first thing before it got too hot then went for a walk as far as the river it was nice and cool down there.
After lunch went to see the nurse again for a few more blood tests. 
On the way home i stopped off along the road where there have been orchids in the past and there were a few again this year. I took a few pictures with the phone but they were a bit rubbish. A bit later I went back with the Canon and took a few more, Much better I think.
Off dancing this evening still going to be hot so may be not too many.
Sunny and hot all day.
