Enjoying the Sun
Another day, another day in a T-shirt, unbelievable for me in these airts.
It was á delight to swim in a sea that didn’t take my breath away as I went under the waves and at last I’m beginning to feel OK about swimming further from the slip with the big girls
I’m starting to find a routine to my day , so there was coffee at the harbour watching the comings and goings, followed by a shop for fruit strawberries and raspberries and a dawdle home via the library and the marina.
There was a lovely walk round the Ness in afternoon and a welcome cup of coffee at the home of one of the swimmers when I passed her house on the way home.
Now I’m sitting in the garden over the wall from the sea, listening to the lapping on the stones of the rising tide.
I’ve seen off the ferry to Scrabster and it’s time to think about making my supper but I’m loathe to go inside- tomorrow could be so different
