At the top

A quick blip as I miraculously have internet but not sure how long it will last. This is 2000ft up the mountain and where I was dropped to start work. I walked down from here working as I went in the 28 deg C heat. That was a challenge.

In other sad news one of out hens was taken by a cat this morning, poor Hilda hen, she always roosted in the wood shed rather than the chicken hut so was taken in the early hours. Only a heap of feathers remained. I fear I will lose more in the coming days.
