A busy morning sorting various things around the house, and cancelling various services while J is in hospital (mainly not directly related to care - but a large supermarket delivery isn’t necessary if I’m home alone, and I can’t see I’ll need many dishwasher tablets if it’s only my washing up!)

A good visit this afternoon, including more than half an hour’s discussion with one of the ward doctors. Very pleased that someone is now considering J as a whole person rather than just looking at the condition that is their specialty in isolation.
