Once again I was...

... 'persuaded' to attend a horse race meeting, this evening 

As usual, I found the most enjoyment had little to do with horses or races. 

It was in observing people, especially those who clearly dress to impress - successfully or otherwise.

Tonight, it wasn't difficult to be impressed by this lady's home-made head gear. I believe she won the best-dressed title for the evening and is seen here being interviewed.

I've also included an extra of the two people who were with me, both racing fans, my partner Gary and our friend Christine.
