Ghostly hoar frost trees …

…………… appearing out of the fog. So beautiful!
So yes it was another hard frost, possibly -5° or -6°.
Having such beautiful days following the frosts makes it easier. I’ve put a photo of the frozen tarn along the road from the Village, into Extras.
I met up with a friend and we made our way up a rather icy Tobins Track, happy to use walking poles. It was reassuring having them on our way back down.
Only one week now until the shortest day!
