Love is forever

Alternative title “ Blow in my ear and I’ll follow you anywhere “.

Gannets are in my top ten birds. I believe they are one of the birds which stay with their chosen partner for life.

Mrs. K’s birthday trip continued today with a visit to the RSPB Reserve at Bempton Cliffs on the Yorkshire east coast. Perfect 20C weather.

Lots of other birds to see on the cliffs of course. Guillemots, Razor Bills and the Puffins which everyone wants to see. A visit which will stay long in our memories.

On the way back to York we spent an hour enjoying the gardens at Burton Agnes Hall. And I reminisced that last time I was there about 18 years ago I had to tour the gaden on a scooter. How lucky I have been.
