I was going to have a rant about just how awful UK trains are, four cancelled in 12hrs, so over crowded, a lady fainted, impossible to use realistically if you have things that must happen on time... But. 13 years of Tories chasing personal profits, I think we all know the UK is broken.

An eventful day, formallly voted in as a Trustee of Mountain Training, I hope I can make a positive contribution.
Very amused to see myself on the BMC's wall of fame type thing.. I'm sure I must have agreed to it at some point but no idea when or why.

Before I knew the full extent of the train chaos I decided to get off the bus and wander up Oxford Road, bit shocked how little I recognised of my home city, but the removal of fossil fuelled vehicles from the centre does make it a nice place to pause and ponder for a while.
