When Cerys Matthew played this on this morning's show it led me down a rabbit hole through my Howlin' Wolf collection. This adaption of Johnnie Temple's Louise Louise Blues from 1936 was inspired by his first wife, Louise. Hubert Sumlin's guitar on this track is said to have inspired the next ten years of blues guitar.
