Busy busy

Foodbank this morning was busy - and sooo hot! My main job this morning was making up the bags of food for the clients, but that room gets silly hot when the suns shining.
Quick pit stop for lunch at home then out for the church walking group is walk. Again the heat really beat us - we didn’t get as far as planned. Lovely views though along the Portland coast.
Another quick stop at home then I went for a doctors appointment to review my asthma care. A bit of a change of meds - we will see if this improves things but I have my doubts.
