Bamburgh Beach

After a good night’s sleep and a hearty breakfast, Mr P went back to his art course and I set off to walk to Bamburgh via Seahouses. It was a fantastic walk on the way there. I walked along the beach and the colours were gorgeous. Not so easy on the way back, along the coastal path, as it was very overgrown in parts and not well signposted. By the time I got back to our hut I was hot, tired and famished! I put together a picnic and drove back to a part of the beach between Seahouses and Bamburgh facing the Farne Islands for another delightful beach afternoon.
