Vixen with only one foxcub with her. Hope the other is resting close by. Water taken on board by cub. Blip taken 10:36pm just enough light for phone camera to see without using a flash (scare away).

Too hot for me today, got a washing done. Cleaned knitting needles & storage bags. Started to rebag some wool into unfinished projects, non started balls, baby wool & white. There is loads of small balls of mixed colours. Really must start knitting this stuff away & get my confidence back of sewing up.

Rested afternoon.

Evening lazy TV after washing recycling for bin. After Sewing Bee on TV went to water the plants & some water for birds, foxes & other beasties.

Re: Sewing Bee - I don't think I would have been brave enough to cut up someone else's crochet to recycle to make clothing. I've struggled on how to learn to crochet & stuck to knitting but know how long it takes to hand make things. Also think it would could go terribly wrong cutting through stitches.

Lots of neenaws heard. Big fire locally. In roof space spreading along upper flats. Used to be housing association offices & converted a few years ago into flats. Bus terminus diversion for fire engine access & primary school sent home early as a precaution. Many folk having to find alternative accommodation tonight, few in hospital, hopefully now all accounted for.
