View from the Plane

My siblings and I are wending our way to the north shore of Boston - we grew up in Manchester-by-the-Sea. My parents asked that their ashes be interred at my mom’s former church in Beverly Farms, the town next to Manchester. So we’ll all meet there on Sunday to say a final goodbye. We all live in the Pacific NW now, as did my parents, so this is truly a journey.

Meanwhile, I’m staying with my very dear and probably oldest friend Carol until then. An absolute delight to see her again.
