A Backward Glance

There were several (6) sand-hill cranes at the national cemetery today, but only about 5 minutes worth of sunshine.

I had a nice experience at McDonalds this morning. Our restaurant has a double lane drive-through, and me and another car both left the ordering station at the same time. I gestured her ahead.

When I got up to the window to pay, the cashier said..."Your order has been taken care of, and she told me to tell you that she loved how thoughtful you were." Wasn't that nice? I've done that several times myself, but it was the first time that it happened to me, and it made me feel good.

What goes around comes around, in both good and bad ways.
