this morning i took a leaf from my blip friend artyfarty’s book and went back to bed after breakfast and my goodness i woke at 11……when i woke i was warm and these snowy photo tiles hanging across my bed did their job…a bit….

i had a very nasty letter from the NHS podiatry department about missing my appointment last week when i fel, so i rang them and told i ended up in a&e and asked them to put a note on my NHS  file there to remove the black mark against my name…..
horrid one has to do this…..
