Lunchtime treat

We’ve eaten at Six by Nico a good few times now and were able to book for lunchtime to enjoy their Chippie menu again. We had it previously in December so when they announced a Wednesday only run I had to book.

They surprised us with a welcome glass of Prosecco as a welcome back. Didn’t see many other glasses of Prosecco so we felt very special. The food was lovely and I really enjoyed the walk up to the Museum of Scotland to work it off. There’s a special exhibition of the Declaration of Arbroath so it was worth the walk in the heat to go and view it.

The blip is of a Lego model of the museum on display in the old entrance hall. It’s very detailed and looks fab.

Another session at Rock Choir tonight had us laughing through the singing. It’s such a feel good activity, I’m only disappointed I didn’t join sooner.
