At the Mart

I met up with the 'girls' at the mart this afternoon.and the baking was as good as usual. They have a new cook and she had made shortbread. The Boss asked us to give our opinion as we always like his shortbread. We happily said it was very good. 
After our chat and refreshments we had a wander round the salesroom. We met Foloh in there, looking round at binoculars and cameras. One of our number has vintage books in the sale so that was exciting. Foloh left a bid and we will hear tomorrow if he was successful . It is his first time but the chap was very helpful. I have occasionally acquired something but I wonder if he will now visit regularly. .
I did like this little calf standing in the corner.
They publish the prices a few days after the sale so you can look up Frasers auction rooms  Dingwall to see how much someone loves him / her.
