Ouch

Not the most flattering photo ever and it does not look that much... but ouch, I fell flat on my face this morning.  I went out to water something just down the road, quite happy with my watering can and out of nowhere I was on the floor hit my face and heard my teeth crunch together as I hit the side of my face. The water had gone all over me and I had grazed my hand and knee.  I had fallen on the grass verge but being so dry it was very hard.  I got up very quickly and went home.

I am a bit sore in a few places, amazed I did not do more damage but okay.  Am sure I will be quite stiff in the morning. No matter how much I try to think about it, I have no idea how it happened but I went straight over like a plank.

I did work and did not have many meeting so that was good. We went out for dinner to the local pub for steak night but chewing is a little painful.
