Our native owl- Ruru

Wee don’t often get one of these beauties. This one has had an altercation with a car, and has an eye injury. If it loses it sight in one eye, we will find some sheltered accommodation for it. With only one eye it couldn’t hunt. They are so fierce, will fight beak and claw!!!!!
