Flourishing

The quartered peace lilies are still alive.

The flourishing quarter is doing remarkably well. Some of its leaves are as green, if not as glossy, as a peace lily in a shop’s, which is something I’ve never achieved before, and it’s produced another elegant flower.

The other three quarters merely survive.
