ALIUM MOLY LUTEUM.

It was very hot this morning when I made my way to the sports centre for my first lesson on breathing and exercise. I enjoyed it and made a few friends, then I had a cuppa with a biscuit before making my way back to the bus stop. I missed the first bus and had to wait an hour for the next one. So next time Tony’s going to come with me and sit in the coffee shop or he can come and do the exercises if he wants. We’ve been weeding in the garden for a couple of hours and now it’s time to relax.
