Mediterranean blues

This is a typical sight in rural Andalucia and in fact across so much of the Mediaterranean. These beautifully whitewashed village and farm houses can be found all around our valley (Valle de Abdalajis).  We have taken to walking in the early morning or late evening as the heat after 10am and until around 6pm is simply too ferocious. Today it is 35C in the shade of the patio.

Made lemon marmalade, lemonade and lemon curd. There are a lot of lemons on the tree :-))
