Large Red Damselfly

I called into the SOC place at Aberlady today on my way home from helping mum shower . Managed to capture this damselfly which was flitting around. We then went up to town to have a picnic lunch at the Botanics with H and Imogen then N and I babysat to let H get to a dental appointment:)
I ended the day by going back to mums to cook her evening meal as the Care Team are short staffed - exhausted by the time I got home:)
