A  small coastal tanker  - Paul E - arrives from Rotterdam on the high tide to top up the tanks at the oil storage depot from where road tankers distribute it across a wide area of the 2 counties. The spell of Summer weather is coming to an end as the weekend approaches, and some overnight rain would be welcome.
