Just the one now...

Visited the hospital yesterday to have my stitches removed... the wound has healed very well. There was a slight discomfort as the staples were removed but very nice to not have anything covering that area. 

In the evening my mate picked me up and we went to the coaching session... I just observed and then we visited the clubhouse.

I now don't use any crutches around the house and when doing my daily walks I use just one.
