Ah, those clothes!

We have been indulging in a little nostalgia, revisiting the TV series The House of Eliott. The series was created in 1991 by Jean Marsh and Eileen Atkins, following their earlier success with Upstairs, Downstairs. This was back in the the dim distant days when you had to wait a week for each new episode.

The scripts are a little clunky at times, but the real stars of the show are the brilliant 1920s clothes.
